Andreas Munzel holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Munich in Germany and currently serves as a Professor of Marketing at Vlerick Business School in Belgium. Since 2015, Andreas has worked as a Senior Management Trainer with Horváth Akademie GmbH (Horváth & Partners) for company in-house training in Europe, Asia, and North America, and, since 2020, as a Marketing Trainer with Unilever for Europe and Francophone Africa. He has 15 years of experience teaching and training with different audiences (undergraduate and graduate students, working professionals) and is regularly invited as a speaker at practitioners’ events.
His research on digital marketing, service recovery, and marketing analytics is multiple awarded and was featured in outlets such as newspapers (Le Monde, Les Echos), radio shows (Europe 1, France Info), and television (BFM TV). Andreas has authored and co-authored articles in refereed scientific journals, eight book chapters, one book, and over 50 conference papers.
